Smilden Dental Lab offers a one year warranty for each case. Under certain situations, remakes will be charged.
- We will honor the warranty for lab mistakes, material failure, or workmanship errors, but not wear and tear and discoloration.
- Warranty will not apply with any unsuitable impressions insisted upon being used.
- Remakes with different instructions (re-prep, shade, material) will be charged at full price.
- Remakes will be charged at full price if the new impression is different from the previous one.
- We will fully charge remakes if new impressions or try-ins are requested and you asked us to proceed without any.
- Original dental restoration must be returned.
- ALL CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!
